My name is Beata Krzyzowska and I established the recruitment agency ABC NANNY AGENCY Ltd, I have over thirty years of childcare experience. I was working as a nursery teacher abroad and after moving to UK in 1990 I worked in the nursery for many years, combining this work with nanny jobs. As a parent myself and childcare professional I feel that I have a great understanding of what is required to make nanny/parent relationship a success. Our Nannies/Mannys:

• are required to be a minimum 21 years old
• have two checkable childcare references
• have at least 2 years of experience working as a Nanny/Manny in UK
• each candidate is personally interviewed, and the references are rigorously checked
• every candidate is required to have a current First Aid Certificate
• we strongly suggest that candidate has up to date Enhanced Criminal DBS Certificate (formerly known as CRB)
• they skills are carefully and manually matched to Client's individual needs and requirements
