She has over 30 years of experience working in the childcare industry, starting out as a Norland Nanny, working in nurseries and schools, and the last 10 years in childcare recruitment. As a mother of two, Allie knows the importance of getting the match correct in each individual family. Her clients put their trust in her, and in return she invests time, resources and support to ensuring the most appropriate and high quality candidates are matched to the specific needs of each family. She also looks after the nannies by giving them support, direction and making sure they are happy in their roles.
